Ship Dates: Brown’s Tree Farm LLC typically ships trees every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Brown’s Tree Farm LLC will do their best to ensure your tree is shipped on time based on the week you select when you purchase your tree, however, they make no guarantees as to when specifically your tree will be shipped.

Shipping Transit Times: UPS does not guarantee transit times for UPS Ground services. Neither Brown’s Tree Farm LLC or UPS will be held responsible or liable for any delay in transit times.

Damaged Items: Brown’s Tree Farm LLC will not be responsible or liable for any damage to your items during shipping. Brown’s Tree Farm LLC is willing to create a claim with UPS for reimbursement from UPS due to any damages your items may incur, however, UPS will determine whether your claim will be approved.

Order Cancellation: Brown’s Tree Farm LLC reserves the right to deny any order cancellation when the order has already been processed/harvested. Brown’s Tree Farm LLC also reserves the right to deny any order cancellation for items that have since been sold out of stock. Once a specific item has been sold out, Brown’s Tree Farm will not have the ability to resell your tree. Processing fees may not be refunded, which may result in a partial refund.

Understanding Tree Sizes: All trees grow at different rates and all trees are not at the maximum end of the selected size. We try to always choose a tree that is on the higher end of the range, but we cannot guarantee your tree will be at the higher end of the size range. We do guarantee that the overall tree size (from the base of the tree to the very top of your tree) will fall within the size range you choose. If it is not, Brown’s Tree Farm LLC will issue you a partial credit.

Release of Liability: By completing the purchase of any items from www.atreetoyourdoor.com, the buyer expressly agrees to release Brown’s Tree Farm LLC of any liability associated with the purchased items. The buyer agrees to WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for the death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to the buyer, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Brown’s Tree Farm LLC and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers;
