Return and Refund Policy
At A Tree To Your Door, we take great care in harvesting, preparing, packaging, and shipping fresh Christmas trees, wreaths, and holiday greenery from our family farm to your home. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and costly to ship, we do not accept returns.
Returns
We do not accept returns on Christmas trees, wreaths, swags, or other fresh greenery products. Once a fresh Christmas tree or greenery product has been shipped, returning it is not practical because the cost of return shipping is often greater than the cost of the product itself. In addition, fresh greenery cannot be resold once it has been delivered to a customer.
Refunds and Partial Refunds
Refunds or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion when there is a clear issue with the product. Each situation is reviewed individually.
To request a refund or partial refund, you must contact us promptly after delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. Depending on the situation, we may request photos of the tree, wreath, swag, packaging, shipping label, or any visible damage.
Examples of situations that may be considered for a refund or partial refund include:
- A Christmas tree shedding needles far beyond what is normal for a fresh-cut tree
- Significant product damage during shipping
- A product arriving in a condition that clearly does not meet reasonable quality expectations
Please understand that fresh Christmas trees are natural products. Some needle loss, variation in shape, variation in fullness, minor branch imperfections, and normal settling during shipping should be expected and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of both the product and the packaging. We may work with UPS or the applicable shipping carrier to review the damage and determine whether a shipping claim can be filed.
Shipping damage is handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer automatic or blanket refunds for minor damage, normal handling wear, or delivery delays.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship orders during the shipping week selected at checkout. Once an order leaves our farm, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. While we understand that delays can be frustrating, a shipping delay alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a delay causes a serious issue with the condition of your fresh Christmas tree or greenery, please contact us and provide photos so we can review the situation.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
